1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

PrimeRoute is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Weather or natural events


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight

  • Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


4. International Shipping

We may ship internationally to selected countries.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.


6. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

  • If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

PrimeRoute is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”

If you believe your package was stolen:

  • Check with neighbors or building management.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Contact us for assistance.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will review and offer a replacement or refund if approved.


9. Large or Specialty Items (Fitness & Home Decor)

Some large or fragile items may:

  • Require longer delivery times

  • Ship separately

  • Require signature upon delivery

Additional handling time may apply.
