PrimeRoute Return & Refund Policy

At PrimeRoute, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.


1. General Return Conditions (All Categories)

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (except clothing – see below).

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

    • With all accessories, manuals, and tags included

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


2. Clothing (Fashion Items)

We offer an extended return period for clothing.

Return Window

  • Clothing items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • With original tags attached

Non-Returnable Clothing Items

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal removed)

  • Socks

  • Final sale / clearance items

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).

  • Store credit option available.

  • Refunds processed once item passes inspection.


3. Electronics

Due to product sensitivity:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days.

  • Must include:

    • Original box

    • Chargers, cables, and accessories

  • Opened but unused items may be accepted.

  • Used items may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee.

  • Damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair is not eligible.

Defective items may qualify for replacement or refund after inspection.


4. Beauty Supplies

For hygiene reasons:

  • Only unopened and sealed products may be returned.

  • Used or opened items are non-refundable.

  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours with photos.


5. Baby Products

For safety and hygiene:

  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days.

  • Feeding items, pacifiers, hygiene products, and personal care items are non-returnable if opened.

  • Defective baby gear may qualify for exchange.


6. Fitness Products

  • Returns accepted within 14 days.

  • Must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Assembled or used equipment may incur restocking fees.

  • Return shipping for large items may be customer responsibility.


7. Home Decor

  • Returns accepted within 14 days.

  • Must be unused and undamaged.

  • Fragile items must be returned in original protective packaging.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.


8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Opened hygiene products

  • Personalized/custom-made products


9. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive confirmation via email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to original payment method.
